DESCRIPTION:The Year 11 Student Hospitality Experience (SHE) Program provides a great opportunity for students studying Hospitality and Tourism subjects to gain industry awareness in an international leading hotel chain. The SHE program provides extensive exposure to the hotel industry, whilst giving an insight to what employers are looking for when recruiting new team members. Students experience the industry as both a guest and an employee within our leading hotel. The SHE program allows students to learn from our experienced staff members, providing an overview of the hospitality and hotel industry, tips and hints on resume writing, and pathways into the hospitality industry. The students have the opportunity to partake in a number of practical sessions supervised by an experienced staff member or chef to help the students gain skills and experience a day in the life of different professions within the hotel.
