Restaurant Rubric, located in Alexandria, is their student-run restaurant that offers unique, affordable and quality dining. Year 11 Hospitality will be participating in an Industry Immersion Day at William Angliss, taking a guided tour of the institute, kitchens and guidance from Head Chefs and staff. Our students will then experience a two course meal followed by a presentation on updates in Commercial Cookery practice. Transport to the venue will be by train and students will be required to use their Opal card for travel from Turramurra Station to Central, Central to Green Square and return train travel.
