Last Friday two THS Yr 10 students, Patrick and Lucas were awarded a Certificate 2 in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways, for completing a Skills Passport program that HKCC ( Hornsby Kuring gai Community College) has run this term.
The graduation ceremony was attended by Hornsby Councillor, Emma Heyde, who ceremoniously handed out the certificates.
The boys were involved in activities exploring industries such as Sydney Metro Trains, Barbershop/Hairdressing, Barista and聽Aged Care.
Congratulations must go to both students who were fully engaged in all the activities and learned valuable work skills and thoroughly deserved their certificates.
We thank HKCC for offering such a valuable course for students in our local area.
