Leadership through Listening
Students gathered for a workshop that focussed on The Uluru Statement of the Heart. There were also several students from Killara, along with a presentation by a Menindee Central school student. Jasmine Seymour the author and Dharug woman was present along with Mr Reid to discuss and encourage conversations. The students pulled out key phrases from a projection to cultivate their yarn. Afterwards, they all took part in sealing their thoughts into the words on the wall with acrylic paints.
