On Wednesday, the 5th of June, the Year 10 and 11 Extension 1 maths students attended UNSW鈥檚 Girls Do The Maths Day.
Students participated in a variety of small problem-solving workshops that included activities like coloring, origami, and competitions with prizes.
In addition to the workshops, the students had the opportunity to listen to two more inspirational women who spoke about their careers, passions, and the significance of math as a crucial life skill applicable in various fields.
Special thanks go to Mr Lavy for organizing this enriching and motivational experience, which was greatly appreciated by all the students.
