On Wednesday our Year 10 Food Technology students took a deep dive into the Food Service Industry by visiting Sydney Tower Restaurant.
The students enjoyed a guided tour, behind the scenes in the back of house kitchen to being treated with a 5 star buffet, inclusive of seafood.
