Congratulations to all of our Yr 11 Hospitality students on attending their mandatory work placements this week, gaining invaluable knowledge and skills while completing their Certificate II Kitchen Operations / Cookery.
Steven is currently at The Mercure Sydney displaying his skill set and learning more whilst on the job.
